Rob Thomson Roofing

This database was built for a smaller laptop screen with the purpose of connecting from powerapps. What this means is that workers can input data whilst out on their job to the database through their phone.

The database also allows invoices to be created based on a set price or one with materials instead.

Rudkin & Herbert

This was a more simple database made to store customers, services and boilers for Rudkin & Herbert. 

We have allowed them to add these elements, search on them and send out sms to customers to save time on paper work and contacting.

 

MJE Contracts

This comprehensive database for MJE was built to help them achieve a multitide of things. Including three menus for navigation, there is a lot that can be done in this database. Firstly you can add jobs and anything related to the job being; fitters, sub contractors, quotes, notes etc. From here all information for that job is stored in multiple tabs which you can add and remove from with ease. 

We added a lock system here to ensure that not just anybody can change information. If you are unsure which job you are looking for there is a search job screen which will look into all the jobs details, simultaneously you can add reports, materials, purchase orders and more to store everything that they need.
